I have posted on here a few times lately under my temp. name XratedSi about picking up a TII.

So tonight, i went ahead and bought it!



These are some crap pics, at night but had to give a preview.

Its an 88' tII with 139 on the ticker-
So far i have noticed the following things that need immediate attention-

Typical sloppy shifter-
Thunk it the front when turning hard-
Shocks are probably factory-
Nascar tires gota go-

So far its great. Its laggy in first gear until i hit about 3300 then she starts to warm up! On a nice 1st -> 2nd transistion she likes to wiggle her butt Reads between 5.5 - 6.0 psi on my boost gauge.

Only concern is a little vibration and a noise coming from almost directly under the shifter. I am a FWD person so the best i can relate the noise to would be a bad C.V joint. Kinda like a clicking sound. I would assume since the clutch is sloppy, Its probably the throw-out or pilot bearing, in a bad mood!

All in all for 2100$ I think i am happy. A little differant than the fd i had. Alot differant than the 285whp civic hb i drive-

Oh and the interior is ugly as ****!! You can see a hint of it in one of the pics. The blue door panel inserts. ******* YUK!!

 

It has its blemishes but over I think it looks good! And welcome !

I like the polished t2 rims hehe.
