Smoky at high rpm's

I have a 86 GXL, Everything is stock but the car has been sitting for about 2 months without being started. I finally cranked it today which took quite a bit of work and initially it smoked pretty bad and within 5 minutes the smoke was gone and it was idleing normally. Problem is if i rev the motor it smokes again and the higher i rev it the worse the smke gets. When it falls back down to idle smoke goes away. Im going to go out and drive it now see if maybe the smoke stops after a few miles but im not sure whats causing it. I know the smoke is petro burning as i almost sufficated in it a second ago, so i know its not a coolant seal, It seems to run fine no misses or lost power. Just really smokey. If anyone knows what may be wrong let me know.

Thanks,
Bryant
