Smoking Problem From Turbo? (Long)

Okay i have an 87' Turbo II RX7 that i bought from a hack rotary shop owner. He says it is Street Ported and i can definently feel a difference in power from a stock 13BT but the damn thing smokes like no other, but only when i drive it for a while and let it get to normal temp than turn it off, let it sit for 10-15 mins, and turn it back on. the car idles at 1500,which i know is way high, but when i let it sit for those 10-15 mins after driving itll idle at like 400. Why is this happening? after i run it for like 10 mins itll stop smoking and return to its normal idle, but its annoying as hell.

Also i found oil in my intercooler, not a lot but it shouldnt be there, than i took off my upper intake manifold and throttle body and found oil build up in there too. There was also build up in my lower intake manifold, but there was no oil build up in my exhaust manifold or Turbo so what is causing the smoking Problem?
