i'm writing with a problem of mine my fc is smoking badly from start up till i turn it off. i get a constant mist of blue smoke, my engine is fresh with only 100 kms on it, this was main reason for the rebuild as we couldn't find anything wrong with the turbo. once engine was re installed and still smoking i had turbo seals done again.... but still smoking. have checked m.o.p , crankcase ventilation, oil return from turbo , vacum lines everything seems in order. when the turbo was pulled off for the seal kit there was an oil fuel type residue around hot side turbine rear seal. my turbo guy said that something else is making it leak because the turbo is in mint condition. has anyone had similar problems ???? do you think it will settle once run in , i cleaned plugs last week and checked again 2nite they look good. the mods r front mount cooler , t4 turbo , big secondary injectors , extend porting. any help appreciated.
