smoke from a rotary, wtf?

I think my car wants some more of my love and money again. Anywho I just crusing down the street and I decerate for a red light, when I see some white smoke blow up from behind me. I say "hmm that's odd" and continute down for another mile or so to my lady's place. I stop, idle for 30 seconds or so, kill the engine, and pop the hood. I notice some white smoke coming from an area under the top hose from the radiator. The temp gage never went over it's normal posistion, and the coolant hose on the top was pretty hot, but not absurdly hot. I'm pretty sure I have a vacuum line issuse since my idle hasn't been so hot. Any suggestions on what that might be? I'm reluctant to take the car to a shop, I hate getting super raped on labor charges and this is my only vehicle. Thanks for your help guys

The smoke came from somewhere in this area.

White smoke is coolant. Coolant is bad. You should probably burn the car...

On the other hand, you could simply park the car while running at normal temp and poke around under the hood and try and find your leak. Definitely keep an eye on your coolant level. When the car's cold, pop the rad cap and make sure she's topped off. You may be on your way to a serious problem.

Think I found my problem. This is the line from the air pump, looks like coolant has dripped down on to it from the top coolant line. I get to replace both, hooray! Anyone know any places I can order lines such as those and not get reamed like I would from the stealership?

The hose in question runs right underneath of there. It's the hose out of the air pump
