smog testing in california?
i was told that if your car is about 15 years old you are not required to smog your car anymore? i know that after so many years your car becomes exempt, but does anyone know exactly how many years it is? any info would be great, thanks!

I know I've heard that cars that were made before emissions were a concern don't have to test smog but I'm not sure about one that is like 10 years old. That is a good question.
