NY Small Issues: Electrical

Ok well ever since my alternator belt snapped on the new alternator, i replaced the Belt and also got a new battery but Now the Voltage fluxes around from 14volt and randomly (i think Or its when the clutch fan kicks on) the voltage drops to 12ish and my idles raises to about 1K rpm and then after a bit of time it drops down to 750rpm and my voltage climbs back up,

i was considering the transformer on the alternator or power inverted (whichever you would call it) is bad or maybe just the alternator, anyone have any input lemme know

It seems it may be your alternator... But also you can check the belt... It may be slipping. I am not positive tho. But check the belt before replacing more expensive stuff.
