Sluggish idle, shakes car and backfires

Ok, just did compression test and pushing 115psi+ so i know its a tuning issue.. i used starter fluid to check for air leaks and found none. Tried EVERYWHERE using two cans of the stuff. I have spark on all 4 plugs (new plugs) and fresh gas. Im only pushing about -10 vacuum at idle, could it still be a leak somewhere? How much vac. is normal at idle?

I get 19 or 20 on my 87 TII and 87 GXL. How is your timing?

I forgot to mention, check your TPS. When mine was not set correctly, it idled all crappy and sputtered like mad. When it did it to me, my timing went all crazy, it was retarded and then was jumkping around the place. When I set the TPS, it was all fixed for me.
