sluggish 7

hey guys, my car has been acting sluggish for a while, so i changed the plugs, and it helped, but it still wasn't back to where it should be, so i ran some injector cleaner with premuim, it was running better, a couple days later i checked my plugs again and they looked burnt out, (WTF?) and i thought it might have been because the motor was still hot when i put the new plugs it, so i replaced them again, and put in some new plug wires, and it seemed like it was about back to normal, but not quite, i was able to spin a little rubber through second, but it still wasn't 100%, now i refilled the gas, the the medium grade stuff, and its sluggish again, and when i hit 3rd gear, it get ALOT of hesitation and i can faintly hear the little buzzer that goes off at redline (at around 4500 rpm) i don't know whats up, do you think my injectors are really dirty? oh yeah i checked my air filter and its fine.

Thanks

Hmm... it's possible that you're running rich. That would explain fouling of the plugs in short time, and also possible sluggishness. From the pic it LOOKS like a TII right? What have you done to the car? Have you modded it recently? When did this happen? It's difficult to say without more info, sry!

Peace,
AJ ^_^

this is just kinda somehting to checkout. I have never heard of this happening untill a friend of mine had it happen to him. it was on his 89T2, but it is the same for your car. he had the same problem, sometimes his car was fast as nuts, then other times for no apparent reason it just was a lot slower, like alot. what happend was the secondary throttle plates on his throttle body were sticking closed, or partly closed and never opening fully sometimes. maybe thats your problem?? something to look into anyway.
