It's a s4. After sitting over night it starts but you have to peddle the gas for a while to keep it running. acting like it's starving for fuel. After that frist start up it's fine the rest of that day. Changed filter & fuel pump. Car had been sitting a year or 2.

 

If it's been sitting for a while you should probably do a full tune up on it. Change all fluids, filters, plugs, ect. If the problem persists after the full tune up then look at other things.

 

Check the compression..it's been sitting for TWO years?..then the seals may be sticking..I hate to say this,but Look up ATF..Please only Do this as a Last Resort.
