Slow coolant leak? Turbo perhaps?

I was driving the 7 home tonight when my coolant light (and buzzer) came on. Not having anything handy I figured that I could make to home a few miles away. I kept a very close eye on the temp guage the whole time and everything seemed to be okay, it held at a nice stable 180. When I got home I was quite panicked, and I pulled the radiator cap to find that nothing was amiss besides the coolant being a little low and the overflow tank being empty. No bubbles, no discoloration, nothing. Obviously I am losing coolant somewhere, and I will do a much more comprehensive check tomorrow for external leaks...
This leads to my other thought: Is it possible to leak coolant through the turbo? I know my turbo oil seals are on their way out since I usually collect some engine oil on the intake/intercooler piping. Can coolant leak out this way too?

Thanks for the help!

I'd get a coolant pressure tester and pressurize it in your driveway, that should force the coolant out so you can eyeball where it's coming from

Also, maybe before doing as Sonic suggested--just fill up the coolant, start the car, get down on your hands and knees and look for about 10-15 seconds for leaks.

The turbo's water jacket is external to the oil/shaft/seals.
Still got the thermo-wax coolant circuit?

Carry a gallon of coolant mix with you & keep lookin..
