slipping clutch

Lately ive been noticing that my clutch has been slipping. and sometimes it slips for no reason when i dont even touch the pedal like if it floor it and hit 4000rpm the clutch will slip and it wont stop slipping until i press the clutch and put it in gear again. the clutch is pretty new so i dont know why this would be happening. any info?

most clutch companies recomend about 500-750 miles of easy driving to seed the clutch in properly
