slipping clutch

My clutch is slipping but I still have more than half the pad on it. All oil seals near clutch are less than 3000mile old so I don’t think its getting oil on it. Its an act street/strip clutch and pressure plate and was properly broken in, it doesn’t smoke, but after driving 24 miles at 70mph you can smell it.

Maybe your hydraulics are out of adjustment and its not fully releasing the clutch. Have you checked that? You need to have some freeplay at the top of your pedal.

yes, its at just under 1/8", the play in the slave bolt holes would not be enough to mess it up would it?
