was wondering if there are aftermarket rotating valve for the six ports. a link would be helpful. its for a 1987 GXL Non-Turbo

 

No... but there are inserts that make the flow smoother in the stock ones (from Pineapple Racing).

I don't know whether they're worth the money/effort but apparently the RX-8 uses a similar design.

 

There are no aftermarket designs I'm aware of. If theyre broken you can pick up used ones for cheap.

 

I've got a set of the pineapple racing inserts for sale already installed in the sleeves for $40 shipped.

I have the pinapple racing 6pi insterts in my 87 GXL. They were there when i bought the car, any information on how much of a gain they actually give?

 

They probably give a few hp gain. Pineapple claims 5-10 based on quarter mile trap times and speeds, but no one has actually verified this with a true back-to-back dyno in a controlled environment. If you search there are several heated debates about it.
Anyway, I have them in my car but its not exactly running so I haven't been able to test them out.
