Six Port Actuation Question

I have an 88 SE with no Airpump. I also have a straight-pipe exhaust. Will the six ports actuate with an open exhaust or should I just remove the plates?

Search button, under auxilliary ports, yields 21 threads In the last month. I dunno. If you type In 6 ports (which Is Inaccurate btw), you'll probably yield double the amount.

These results will describe your problem, controlling them electronically, PR Sleeves etc. Also Incorporating Nitrous to the equation. Go for It - SEARCH.

S4s used exhaust backpressure. S5s used airpump pressure. An open exhaust with no backpressure tube is going to cause the 6PI system to not work in your car.

There was a thread yesterday I answered in on 6PI.
