Exclamation simplest way to replace the bumper

I just got a bumper, and I need to replace it, because reckless butt crack it. Would I have to take out the headlights out first? Give me a few pointers on how to replace it; right now I don't have enough time to spend working on the car because of work, so I need to do it as quick as possible I'll appreciate it!

Yeah, I have the same problem on my vert. You have to take the headlights out to get to the top bolt of the bumper inside (kinda on the far side of the headlight for lack of better descrip...) Then of course there are obvious bolts all over the place and under the car to hold the bumper in place as well as 2 bolts to the fenders.

6 Bolts in engine bay (where the hood meets the bumper)
3 bolts per side (one thoughtlessly put completely out of reach behind the headlight)
and I believe 6 or 8 bolts underneith the car on the bumper.

Hope this helps!
Also, the FSM (check the sticky) has a good exploded view of this in the BODY section of the FSM...

I didn't have to take the headlights out when I did it. As long as they're popped up, you should have enough room. I hope you have a ton of extensions, it makes it alot easier.

you can get to the top bolts on the sides from the top with the headlights in the up position, 10mm wrench should do it. The other three on either side need a couple of long extensions, all 10mm. then you have the ones on top middle and youre done

the easy way is to take the inner plastic wheel-wells off, along with the wheels. Then you can use a loooong extension and a deep, 6-point, 10mm socket to remove the 3 bolts on each side
*believe it or not, it will save you time doing it that way.

Recap
*5-6 bolts on top, right behind the bumper cover, in front of the condenser/radiator
*4 bolts on the front of the belly-pan, under the car
*3 nuts on each front fender, in the front. accessed from the wheel-well
*2-4 screws on the front, bottom side of each fender that hold the splitter
*multiple bolts on the fender-well holding the inner fender in place.
