Simple Exhaust Question

I just did some hard driving on the car.
I got back home and pop the hood to check if everything is ok.

All I see is my exhaust manifold glowing red.
Is this normal?
Is it a sign of clog cats? Or the cats beginning to get clogged?

Thanks.
