my turn signals arent workin. i replaced the turn signal switch and wiring harness. the fuse is good, and my hazards work fine. cud the new switch i bought be bad?(it was used)

I also have a 90 GTU and There are two signal relays or "flashers". One is for the hazards and the other is for turn signals. Go to your local Autozone and buy the one you need. It should be not above 8 dollars. I have to replace both of mine. When I use my blinkers or hazards, I can hear it clicking, but there is no light from the bulbs or from the arrows on the dash.
