sick RX-7

My 86 RX-7 will not stay running, unless I keep my foot on the gas, will only go about 25mph at 3000 rpm's in 2nd gear, just no power. I'm thinking cat's are clogged. Any suggestions?

could be, they would be clogged REALLY bad.

get under ur car, and tap on the cats, see if u can hear anything rattle. if u do, then the element inside the cats could have broke loose, and is now restricing ur exhaust really bad.
