Im wanting to put a wing (spoiler etc...) on the rex. But Im just seeing anywhere to put it. looks like the only wing that can go on there is the stock. Could you guys please post some pics up in here?

DO you have a full blown picture of your car? Where was the wing purchased?

 

That's not my car, mine is in my sig. I just thought it was a crazy/cool looking wing.

I built my own wing. I only know how to e-mail pics though. I looks similar to the RE wing only it's all fiberglass (instead of the AL stanchions).

 

looks kinda gay w/ the two tone, paint the light part same color as your car and itll look pretty badass, nice idea :-D just a lil color change is all that needed

 

I agree, the white lights don't do it for me.

 

I've got the same "super style" wing on my red 87 TII. I don't exactly like it, but I plan on repainting soon. What are you guys' (and girls) thoughts on the super style? It looks alright from some angles, but i think I'd prefer something a little more understated

 

where can you get that alum. wing on the back of that white rex?

 

yea, im getting pretty sick of the white lights. anyone know where i can get a new back light set and for how much?

 

I don't like the Supra-style even on the Supra and I think they look ridiculous on an RX-7.

I prefer the reduced height of the RE Amemiya Type IV (above), or the R-Magic Type-R (similar to Type IV but wider sides)

 

Call me crazy, but i like the stock wing-

We made our own for the Project 86. Here are some pics. It is molded to the sides of the car using fiberglass and screws.







I will be removing that wing though to go with an AL wing that we plan on making since the car needs more rear downforce. Something adjustable would definately be nice.

 

lol that's kinda messed up man :p - it looks ok, but you just need to mix the color in a bit more with the yellow. Yellow, and white DO NOT go well together on an FC.

 

freeway, thats a nice wing. its not too big, not too small. how much was that? i wanna get rid of my wing and get a different wing. preferably one with two legs coming off the car, and the spoiler going across the two legs

 

It was like 200 and somthin'. I'm going to pain my cat yellow too. I always wanted a yellow one.

 

CAR, I'm going to paint my CAR yellow, not my cats, that would be silly.

 

lol, I kinda like that green, it would have looked better if it were a couple of shades lighter. Mayble like lime. But i do like the green. I was wondering what a rex would look like green.
