should i be worried?

i picked up a 89-91 turbo/exhaust manifold today... i get it home, go to take pictures, and notice what i somehow missed before... the blades on the exhaust impeller are kind of messed up, like a apex seal might have went thru it... the turbo spins freely, and there is hardly any or possibly no end play, everything else looks good... heres a pic... let me know what you think... btw the stuff on the blade is just a cobweb with grass stuck in it

Yea I can see that the rotors are slightly bent. Doesn't look like a big deal to me. If anything, I'd be checking the turbo for heat cracks and such, thats what you really have to worry about.

IF the leading edges of the wheel are okay (the inner area of the blade, that exhaust hits first) then it should be fine.
