should i or shouldn't I?
Currently i have my '88 rx-7 it's an automatic, and i want a 5speed. i was going to do a swap but then i came across this add for an '87 rx-7 for $1000. So i called on the ad and i talked to the guy, and i guess his son was driving it and it was raining and he lost control of the car and he hit his front & rear wheels aganist the curb(passenger side) and it messed up the alinment and a piece of the right rear suspension broke, and he said that it took out the strut or was it both rear struts? Anyway i talked to the guy more and he said mecahnically it's an excellent shape it has 73,000 orginal miles, and the engine and transmission are in great shape. he said it never smokes and no problems with flooding or anything he drove it from washington to idaho with no problems.
so should i use it as parts car for my car or should i just fix the problems with the guys car and sell my old car? How much would it cost to fix the problems that the car has? what do you think of my situation.
help me out. thanks.

So i should buy the this guys car and fix it up and sell my 7 that i have now? you said you have a full suspension set up if i need the parts? that would be awesome. so do you think that $1000 for the car with those damages is too much?

Oh sorry to answer the other question, this guy lives in tacoma. i believe the owners name is Mike. It's a '87 Grey Rx-7. i don't remember what model. The guys dad that i talked to didn't say where in idaho, but he said that he went up ther for a visit for the weekend like 2 or 3 months ago.
