Should I part out my car?
Should I part out my car?
Hey guys, I've been trying to sell my cars for a week now. I've gotten over 15 calls for it. Most of the people who test drove it loved the car, but NONE OF THEM have the money to buy it. So anyway. The car is a 90 GXL factory 2+2 in mint condition. Interior, exterior and engine. All clean. It has a few bolt on mods. Here is what i have
aluminum hood
kyb agx shocks & eibach springs
rp cat
racing beat cat back
Hawks brakes with brand new oem rotors
Everything on it works. No broken pieces at all. Now i am wondering, should I sell all the mods and all the stuff that I put in in order to sell it faster? There's nothing wrong with the car, that's why it hurts me to strip it down. It had proven to be extremely healthy by the EPA and the dyno machine. It made 143rwhp, 15rwhp over stock when i dynoed it at 90K miles ago. Car runs with no smoke at 166K. Should I part it out?

3900 OBO.
People all shy away from it because they see the high milage, little did they know that my car makes more hp than most NAs that are running with less than 100K miles. It doesnt smoke, no TPS problem or anything. I might take out everything and sell it for 3K

Those who test drove your N/A also test drove a Turbo as well. The TII is sexy and we all know what sells. I paid much less that that for my 13 second TII. I definately think you should strip your car of its mods, you get more for them out off the car. Good Luck
