Should I buy a second FC???

A guy I work with knew of a series 4 TII for sale so we go to check it out but the place is closed. Its basically sitting at the back of a dealership that sells cheap cars, but the things been sitting there for years. Apparently its only got about 60k miles on it
It would pretty much be a xmas present to myself for $800.
It will run but he said it has a little trouble starting and smells like gas, but I would buy it with the expectation that the motor will not last. I guess I could either take parts from it--hood, drivetrain, wheels-- or if it actually runs good just work with it.

So you think it would be a good investment for $800??? Ive got the money and the only other thing really I would use it for would be beer. Only downside would be that I couldnt work on them much b/c I'll be at school, but I would have something to look forward to when I go home.
