Question should I buy one?

I am thinking about buying a 1987 RX-7 turbo. This one has a blown apex seal and the motor does not run. I don't know anyone with any experience on a rotary motor. Should I risk it a try to re-build it myself?

they're honestly the easiest engine you're ever going to rebuild. One thing you can do is to get Bruce Turintine's (sp?) "How To Overhaul your Mazda 13b" video and see if you can hack it I know www.atkinsrotary.com has it. . It costs 30 bucks. It's WELL worth it, especially if you're trying to decide on buying the car based on your mechanical ability

Good luck!
