should i buy this

i found this on craigs list. its a 93 13b. can i use this with alla the stuff from off my s4 motor. i have 200k and could really use a new motor. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/pts/1769079606.html

You can't just bolt a bunch of S4 NA parts to an REW block. There would be LOTS of custom fabrication needed.
