i was just thinking. is this pretty much the stock turbo? doesnt seem like its been upgraded much

Looks like he shrunk the hot side of the turbo? Ask him what he "upgraded it" to.

Doesnt sound like its worth it to me. He probably ran it for a while and realized he wasted his money.
