short shifter?

i am interested in getting a short shifter for my 7 but i am not familiar with what brand to go with. I am having a hard time finding a short shifter for an 88 but i remember an old thread about using a miata short shifter. But it also seemed like it was harder to shift in higher gears. I would appreciate any advice in which direction to go in. and what is i good type of strut bar. I would like to get them for under my car and the engine bay. Does it really matter who makes them?

I have a C'S short shift in one of my fc's and it does the job, though I have nothing to compare it to. For strut braces I would go tanabe though cusco seems good also, just don't go buy some crap of ebay cause it looks cheap... you will regret it.

As to under your car I think you might be thinking of sway bars but to see how much possibility there is in handling setup check out supernow.co.jp
