Shipping question (hood)

For anyone who may know, how much have people seen it cost to ship a steel NA hood from california to the east coast (anywhere, or vice-versa) I know it has to be freighted, but around how much am i looking it?

Well from California to Oklahoma it cost $175 to have my turbo 2 hood shipped ABS freight. I can't remember if that included crating it or not.
