Shifting and rumbling problem

So i finally took my FC out for a spin after i changed the spark plugs, changed the belts, and the thermostat.

Whenever the clutch engages or put a load on the car by steppin on the gas, it makes kind of a clunk sound. and vibrations start at a certain speed.

So theres a shifting problem and a vibrating problem.

Can anyone tell me the problem here and the solution to it? Thanks.
