Are the shifters compatable?
I Know this is a tired subject and i must suck at searching. So i am apologizing before hand. I thought i read somewhere on this forum that the FD short shifters could be put in the FC. Is this true?

no they do not fit. A FD short shifter will not work on a FC tranny.
However a Miata short shifter can be modified to fit a FC
and yes you suck at searching since this is covered in the 2nd gen tech archive as well as in about 100 threads.
