I just got some new bushings and put them in. All the boots are torn, the inner, middle, etc. Where can I buy these? Secondly When replacing everything I broke a head off one of the bolts during reinstall any idea how to get it out without messing anything up.. PLEASE!!!!

Pull everything back out of there, there should be enough bolt sticking out to grab it with some pliers, needle nose, vise-grips.

With new bushings, if you tighten the crap out of those bolts, the shifter is gonna be VERY hard to move, which will just wear the new bushings out that much faster...
