Shift **** threading?

My car came with a shitty "universal" shift **** on it, which is held on by 3 little screws that run perpendicular to the shift ****. It rattles like crazy every time I try to drive the thing. Apparently, it's difficult to find a shift **** that's actually threaded.

So, my question to you is this:
What is the threading on the shift lever? Where can I find a shift **** that will screw right onto my FC shift lever?

lol I hate those I had one on my old car. I have a stock shift **** you can have for like 5$+ shipping if yours is an S4, tons of them on ebay too. Only the cheap universal ones do that though, I have a sparco **** that uses the screws and it hasn't come loose since I put it on. You could get an S5 shifter and get an RX8 **** or the mazdaspeed ****. If you want cheap with good quality I'd try to find a gready counterweight ****, I think they're like 40 bucks

Thanks for the offer, but I'm actually looking for something that's a spherical shape. That's what I'm used to.

I've a universal with the three screws like that. It has a rubber insert that seem to do the job, but you have to tighten the thing down pretty hard. I used thread locker because it kept coming loose at all the wrong moments, and haven't had a problem since.
