Starter. Could be off line with the flywheel and grinding slowly with it.

maybe, but why is my voltage so low when under load, i have subwoofers and was able to blast them, with the lights on and the air blowing with no problem, now its either lights and air, or music, if i have both on the radio cuts out

Alternator isn't putting out enough amps, or you have some sort of wiring problem. Have an non-retarded individual at Autozone do a load tezt on your Bat. and Alt. The volts should not drop below 13 or so under a load.

Check into putting another Alternator in.Like an FD or Similar alternator( they put out about 100 amps.).
I would also Check the wiring to the engine and clean the Terminals on your starter and the Grounds to the engine.
There is a Good write up on a Ford(I think) alternator that can be installed for cheap.
just sounds like you are Running too much electrical stuff and the alternator just can't keep up with it.

Blown Engine Fuse 15A...

Sorry you guys, i was too busy thinking about the big **** i forgot to check the little things like fuses, but thanks for your help

and i pulled an alternator out of my old 85 Cadillac Eldorado last week and read a few write ups, definitely going to do a alt swap once i get the wiring in order, i really don't want to overload the circuit.

yeah, under the dash, at least it's labeled Engine 15A. Its the circuit that runs the hot start relay and the power antenna relay. I have an after market antenna with a signal booster wired to the power antenna relay. Some how the signal booster module got full of water which made me think "****, is the fender full of water?!" thankfully it wasn't, but i have no idea how that little module got water in it??
