shaaaaking mirrrrror

my drivers side mirror on my 89 vert has separated somehow from the power mechanism and wobbles a bit when driving ............ any suggestions on how to fix this ?

Im not sure, since Ive never dealt with it, but Id imagine it would be easier to just buy a new mirror assembly. Or at least thats what I would do if it was me. Sorry Im no help

in case anyone has this problem .... it was a simple fix , finally got around to it today .

just had to power the mirror all the way to the inside exposing the mechanism behind ....... two screws were visible and were loose from the threads that held the mirror on the power adjuster plate...... long philips screwdriver and its nice and tight again
