Exclamation Serious engine problem?????? HELP

Ok about two weeks ago, my car wouldnt wanna start after just runnin fine. Got it to start by poppin the clutch but it runs really weak and engine vibrates. Made it home and it wouldnt start again. I posted a thread in here and was told to do unfloodin procedures. Did the procedure and Did get the car to start after a while but it still runs really weak, engine will BARELY idle by itself, which shakes a lot with a lot of vibration wen revved up a little. I took it to a local major mazda parts supplier where i found this one guy who seems to kno a lot and told me to check battery (which is fine), sparks (NGKs no more than 2 weeks old recleaned), and a compression check, fuel filter is new. When i was leaving, he heard the engine and told me that i was running mostly on one rotor which makes sense for all the unburnt fuel and the VERY weak output of the engine.

ANY ideas or recommendations????

If any body could help it would be Greatly appreciated as this is the car i depend on to go to work which is keeping me from making any money... Thanks for looking and helping...

if the hamber is getting fuel, and it isnt some sort of spark related issue, you've either got a bad ignition component or bad compression.

oh ok... well spark plug wires and spark plugs are new... NGK sparks, with MSD Performance wires, and i got good cranking speed when battery is properly charged... yea its very weird because this happened right after running just Fine... this was no gradual diminish in performance that could warn me something was wrong...

"no gradual diminish..." HAHA, yep thats an Rx7 for ya.

To answer your question, it could be a variety of things, even if you cleaned ur plugs (assuming they arent brand new already) you should replace them. Definately get that compression test that way all the guru's on here (that means everyone but me) can tell you wtf is up with ur engine. Have your injectors cleaned (if you havent already done so).

You know, do all the really basic garbage. Basically do all the most simple fixes and when that doesnt work, then you can get worried and start the hard crap.

I had a similar problem right after I put my rebilt engine in my car (about a week after) If you start with simple fixes and go from there you may find it... Mine was ground wires... I cleaned ALL the grounds and reconnected them. Problem Fixed... You could try that if you haven't already...

Just pull a plug out and rank it and listen to the sound, then do the same on the other rotor, it should have 3 even chugs, if not, then you more than likely have blown or carbon locked it.

Try putting seafoam in the spark plug holes, disconnect the egi fuse and crank it over some to distribute it, let it sit over night and try and start it again.
