Yes, it has been covered many times, but I'll give you a quick list to be nice.

First of all, the fact that you're changing series (4 to 5) will make it more difficult from the start. You need:

1. Motor
2. Tranny
3. ECU
4. Engine harness
5. AFM
6. Boost sensor (MAF)
7. Driveshaft
8. Clutch slave cylinder
9. Clutch & pressure plate
10. Blow off valve & intake tube
11. TII or bigger fuel pump
12. Throttle cable
13. Downpipe
14. Instrument cluster & dash harness (unless you rewire your S4 cluster)

S4 clusters will not plug into a series 5 ecu, so have fun with that part.

Sell your shell and get an s5 shell. Even if its an n/a it could save you a ton of money. If you find a s5 turbo w/ bad engine then it would be an easy drop in. However if you want to stick to this shell then rotary rocket has most of it covered. You will have to remove the dash for the wiring.
