Recently my series 4 non turbo convertible has been setting off some sort of alarm. The horn goes, the indicators flash and I can't make it stop! It goes for about 5 mins before stopping. The car won't start whilst it's going off.
All the car has been fitted with (as far as i know) is an immobiliser (not remote).

It does make a beep sound when I unlock the doors... is this anything to do with some sort of alarm system? Did the s4 come out with a standard alarm, or is this something after market I haven't been able to find???

 

you can get rid of its, its like behind or next to the passenger speaker in the front.

 

To disarm the stock alarm, use the key in the door to the unlock position
