Sensor?

What sensor is on the top of the throttle body on a j spec S5 T2. Because I broke it off and need to buy a new one. It has 4 holes in it and has a red thing in the middle. It looks like a thermostat.

There is no sensor on top of the TB. You need to post a pic because it sounds like your terminology is wrong.

I came across this picture this day. Maybe this is what is meant???? It meets some of the criteria stated in the description.
