Selling Question
Hey
I was looking at sellinf my second gen 88 Rx7 and was wondering what it should be worth, as in selling as a whole or parting it out. I have along list of mods for it
first though it is a Georgia car in Ontario Canada and there for has NO rust on it.
It is in need of the standered interior fix (wiper switch, sunroof motor missing A piller plastic and is 80's red)
The body is in amazing condition the only thing is the door handle on the drivers side, (damn Japanese plastic).
so mod list and prices to best of my memory and after custom fees
A new lightly used motor it had 44,000k on it put in a month ago compressing at 110 front and 105 rear. 2000 installed.
Racing beat 12lb flywheel. $650 after shipping and custom fees.
ACT clutch $500
Racing beat headers $300 after shipping and customs
Tien Super drift Coil overs $6000 (not bought on e-bay) after shipping and customs
eibach Sway bars and polyurathan bushings $350
Kong Holes Rims $1000 shipped.
Koyo rad, $500 to door
TII dress up hood and arrow mirrors.
Front and back top end sway bars.
HKS intake
I was planing on Super charging it, and turning it into a pure autocross/ Targa car which is why I have not put any money into fixing the interior.
The only reason I'm selling this car is that I have lost interest into the project and really want a new bike. The car runs great. just trying to figure out how to get the most money back from the car.

I may be intered in it but I'm not sure... I have a 91 NA that hasn't started the build yet but yours has a lot of things that I want... do u have msn for pics n general questions n what not.. also I will wait to see the price... and am not c-blocking anyone else for the sale or you selling... BTW, I'm in Barrie, ON and co-incidentally going to GA within a year

Make a long story short.. It's time for me to sell my hobby/project.. I've owned this car for the last 6 years and
will be sad to see it go.. however I no longer have the time to drive and maintain it so hopefully someone else
can enjoy it..
The bad news.. The car is currently not running .. The front iron on the motor has developed a crack and is a source
of an oil leak.. This was caused by our own mistake when the motor was rebuilt, utilizing an old iron in the front.
The crack developed a little over 3 weeks ago and the car was immediately taken off the road and put into storage..
The good news .. The motor was just rebuilt using brand new FD housings, seals, etc.. it has less than 100km on
rebuild.. The rest of the motor is in perfect shape.. however it will need to be pulled and have the front iron
replaced.. The car is a 400+ rwhp setup .. it was dynoed at 387rwhp with my initial tune at 15psi . There is plenty
more to come out of it..
Here is a quick list of the car's current setup:
Rebuilt 2mm 13BT motor - brand new FD rotor housings/seals, less than 100kms on the rebuild
Wolf 3d version 4 Standalone Engine management system
Garrett GT35r/T04 Turbocharger - Brand New, less than 100km's
720cc primary - 1600cc seconday Fuel injectors
Tial 40mm Wastegate
HKS Front Mount Intercooler with 50MM Tial Blow off Valve
Racing Beat 3" Exhaust
Stainless Braided Clutch and Brake lines
Exedy cermetallic 3 puck clutch
Racing beat adjustable camber link
Walboro 255lph Fuel pump
Malpassi Fuel pressure regulator
GAB sport coilovers
Cusco Front and Rear Strut bars
PLX R-500 Wideband controller with g-sensor
Profec B Boost controller
Autometer boost/fuel pressure/coolant temp gauges
Short shift kit

The car comes complete with all parts installed.. when the motor problem is remedied, it can just be dropped
right back in and fired up..
$6500 takes the car as is ..

Ya well only used car sales men go by KBB its finding a buyer that wants a mod a car. I went for dash instead of flash. So all the hard stuff is done to the car, and the dress up stuff can be done if wanted.
