Seems to have fixed S-AFC problem!

Well, I rewired everything, and it turns out my AFM IN wire was holding on by ONE strand!! It broke as soon as I touched it- not good.
I also tried another ECU, no difference. I also moved the two grounds to almost exactly 1cm apart.
I started it up, and it ran MUCH better, but still not perfect.
I think here is the problem with many of these AFC installs-
The stock computer is very weird in adapting and learning different conditions.
In installing the AFC, you disconnect the battery ground for a good hour, and this resets the ECU, and when you start it back up with the AFC on, it may mess it up a tad.
What I did THIS TIME, was- I reset the ECU, unplugged the S-AFC, and jumpered the yellow and white (in and out) wires on the harness to complete the AFM signal. (so the AFC is bypassed) I started up the car, and as always with a reset ECU, it started and ran a little funny untill I drove it around the block.
Then I turned the car off, popped off the jumper, and plugged in the AFC.
Started the car up again, and VIOLA! It ran perfect. I leaned out the idle a tad, because its always been rich and crappy at idle...
Anyways, the car is running terrific now. You just have to start the car to "prime"(?) the ECU first, then plug in the AFC.... and make sure it's wired up properly...
Thanks to those who gave suggestions.

No, TPS is a mechanical setting.
To reset the ECU, take off the neg terminal, and then hit the brake pedal a few times, then wait 10 min or so to be safe.

I did that brake thing, and after that my seat belt fucked up, but i also had to shorts too, that i didn't know about.. bambam7 you had to lean the afc out at idle, my set at about 5+ at 1000 rpm, and if i lean it out the exhaust starts to pop.. how much did you have to lean it out??

Pressing the brake pedal discharges any remaining power left in the system. 10 seconds is adequate.
