secret to removing the big oils seals and side seals?

secret to removing the big oils seals and side seals?

well what the hell is it? i already broke one oil seal trying to get it out.(anyone got some extras?) by the way these side seals are really carbon locked, i mean ALOT.

use wd40???

i used another seal and i pushed it out and lightly hammer the seal against the seal?

dunno! try ot be creative

Thumbs up try this

I just took mine out today, i got 1 rotor done by hand the other i took a pick (looked like an "L") anyways spray carb spray all over it, u cant use to much. pry it up lightly at 12:00 then 3:00, 6:00, and so on. u mite have to go around it a few times, carb spray is a big help

yeah, use a pick and carefully work you way around, prying it a little more on each lap around the seal until it comes out.

PB blaster is awsome stuff... using an old side seal though, it should come out. Maybe try an exacto knife.
