i got a quick question...is there any way to fix this while its still on the car or do i have to take the manifold off and fix it.

 

depends on why it's stuck, really, but you can try cleaning/greasing the tb externally to see if it works.

 

And you know the secondary throttle plates have a cam and damper so they open slower than the primary throttle plate????????? Yes.

 

Never grease the TB. Clean yes, lubricate no.

I think we need a far better explanation than "sticking". What does it feel like when opening the throttles by hand?

 

when i open WOT with my hand i can hear the secondary open up about two seconds after word by it clicking inside the manifold also i have a major hesitation when i WOT it but when i push the throttle a little bit it doesnt happen so im suspecting its the secondary
