Seat Rail Question (Searched)

Are the rails on stock GXL seats easy to remove? Are they removable at all? Will they bolt onto stock TII seats?

My GXL seats are ripped. I've found a pair of rail-less TII seats that I'd like to switch with.

while we r on the topic.. i was looking at my seat rail... its not a strait rail eh... thers a bend in the end where it bolts to that hump... i want to get new seats... if i were to buy these on ebay, would i be able to A. use the rails that come with it or B. use my stock rails, and bolt them up to the new seat...
