Seat brackets

Anybody know a good place to get universal racing seat brackets for a base 89 rx7? Ive found places online that sell for about 100 bucks each, not sure if that is a normal price...

It depends on whether you're using bottom or side-mounted seats, and whether or not you want extra headroom.

If you're using side-mounted seats, and need extra clearance DON'T get plain old bases... get some sort of low-down rail set.

Flat "custom made" bases will actually make your headroom worse, even with a side-mounted seat, if you're using universal sliders.

Wedge Engineering also charges like 35 dollars for shipping, which is bullcrap in and of itself.
