i just recently got a seat belt retractor from a junk yard cause the recall had already been used up. but it didn't seem so seeing as there was no retractor there at all. all i have left is to install the retractor so that i can get it inspected. if anyone has any ideas please tell me. i have a haynes manual and it disn't show how to take off the trim to instal it. any help will be much apreceated.

 

The 89-91 coupe seatbelt recall is lifetime of the car, and can not be used up.

Take the car to the dealer and get it fixed.
