searched , brake light problem

searched , brake light problem

I just got pull over by a cop , he said my brake light doesn't work.....
I checked all the bulbs ,the switch under the brake pedal, fuse, all works
is it something wrong with the cpu?

Possibly. The brake light warning light is controlled by a module in the CPU. Check page 50-58 in the wiring diagrams to see how it's arranged. You could try bypassing the CPU to see it that's the problem.

do you know how to bypass the cpu?
is it cut the "W/G" wire and connect it to the "G" wire?
