Seals that should be replaced during swap?

I'm dropping in a JDM tyte engine. I'm thinking about getting it from JAPAN2LA so the compression should be good, but I'm concerned about the minor things I could do to prevent future headaches.

With that being said. I was looking at seals, I was wondering if someone could list out what seals should be replaced before the engine is actually in the car. The only one that I cans think of is the tranny seals.

Thanks Guys.

intake manifold gaskets. all vacuum lines.

OMP o rings, LIM o rings (they are on the block). oil filter pedestel o rings, oil cooler crush washers

make sure you keep the same crank pulley on the new engine to keep the timing marks correct.
