seals???

i heard from a guy that works on fc's that the kevlar seals are amazing and then my buddy on here tells me that people on here say there not all that great. i need to know if there junk or amazing. i need faqs not opinions

Never heard of Kevlar apex seals. A search on this forum turned up nothing, and Kevlar as a material will not hold up to the stresses inside the engine. Unless you are talking about a different seal, but your question was very vague.

kevlar is way too flexible, the best composite would be a carbon kevlar weave cloth, i've seen it before at shops, there to most expensive cuz it has rigidity and flexibility.
