Which seals???

Hey... I am about to rebuild my blown 87 n/a 13b. While I was searching on the internet for rebuild kits, I primarily came across two different kits. 2mm kit and a 3mm kit. Which kit should I use and why?

Unless you're beyond stock boosted, or heavily modified, or your rotor apex grooves are worn past the 2mm seal limits and you'd like to keep the rotors, stick with the 2mm seals...
